news-letter-arma-may-2019_min-compressed news-letter-arma-april-2019_compressedThis art exchange project was initiated by Antonius Kho, Indonesia and Sundar Yadav, Nepal, the first exhibition held at Mithila Yain Gallery, Kathmandu, Nepal, December 2018 ago, only Antonius Kho and Sundar Yadav. After that, the exhibition will be continued at the ARMA Art Project this month, at this exhibition not only Antonius Kho and Sundar Yadav, but there are some Nepalese and Indonesian artists who participated in this exhibition, and later in July that will be continued at Mithila Yain Gallery, Kathmandu, Nepal.
Antonius Kho has carried out this art exchange project since 2006 until now, with countries in Asia and Africa regions, such as Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, the Philippines, Taiwa, Singapore, Laos, Cambodia, China, India, Sri Lanka, etc., until now it's been the 20th time. The mission and vision of the art exchange project is to introduce Indonesian contemporary art in other countries and vice versa, to introduce contemporary art from other countries in Indonesia.
The opening of art exhibition will be opened by Mr. Agung Rai (The Founder of ARMA) on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 6 pm at ARMA Museum, Jl. Raya Pengosekan, Ubud 80571.
